A: We are located Rowlett, TX and serve the DFW Metroplex.
Q: How much do your cakes cost?
A: We offer two styles of cakes to suit your occasions. Party Cakes and Custom Cakes. Party Cakes are priced at a flat rater, per size. Custom cakes are tailored to your unique specifications and prices according to the design we create together!
Q: How do I get a custom quote?
A: Head over to our ORDER page and use the submit your inquiry using the form provided. You should receive a response in 24-48 hours!
Q: Can you make a cake exactly like this?
A: Belly's Bake Shop has a strict 'no duplication' policy. We respect and admire other cake artists' work and do not replicate designs made by other bakeries. We can work together to come up with a design unique for your occasion!
Q. Do you offer gluten free, allergy friendly, or vegan cakes?
A: Allergy friendly cakes upon request, however, your cake will be produced in a facility with nuts, dairy, and soy and non-vegan ingredients.
Q. Can you deliver? What is the cost?
A: Yes! Delivery is available within the DFW Metroplex. Cost is dependent on your location.
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes! You can pick up your order from our facility in Rowlett, TX. Pickup address will be provided on your final invoice.
Q. How many servings do I need?
A: For party cakes, especially where the primary consumption will be from children, we recommend accounting for about 90% of your total headcount. For weddings, we recommend ordering cake for roughly 75%-85% of your RSVP'd guests.
Q. How do I cut the cake?
A: A cutting guide can be found HERE. A cutting guide will also be emailed to you prior to your order pickup/delivery date.
Q. Do you offer cake stand rentals?
A: Yes. The cake stand rental fee is $15.00 for an 8 hour window and will be included in your invoice. A $30.00 cash deposit will be required at the time of pickup/deliver and will be refunded upon return of cake stand.

Q. How do I pay for my order?
A: Payment instructions will be included on your invoice. No cash will be accepted!
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A: For party/celebration cakes, a deposit is not required, but your cake must be paid in full 14 days prior to pickup or delivery. Wedding cakes require a 50% deposit up front and a payment plan can be arranged there after.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations occurring 10 days prior to event date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to delivery will forfeit any refund. This is due to admin hours, cost of job materials, baking and prep work that has been initiated, and holding a date that will now go unfilled.
Q. Do you offer anything beside cakes?
A: Absolutely! We offer cupcakes, cakesicles, macarons, donuts, brownies, cake jars, cookies, and more! Check out our MENU page for more information!
Q. How much is a custom cake topper?
A: Cardstock cake toppers start at $5.00. Chipboard cake toppers start at $10.00
