Courtney Armstrong-Carroll is a trained pastry chef and founder of Belly's Bake Shop.  Belly's began in 2008 and has built a steady following in the Dallas area with a reputation for unforgettable custom cakes.

​

When not baking cakes, Courtney spends her downtime exploring the savory culinary world seeking supremely spicy food, riding Onewheel's, and sipping Irish whiskey with her husband Les and dog Stella.

Custom orders require a 2 week MINIMUM notice.  If you need a cake sooner, select the "Party Cake" option/style in your submission.

Belly’s Bake Shop does not create replica, duplicate, licensed character, or trademark material cakes.  Your inspiration photos will be used to create a design unique to you and your occasion!
