Since I was a child, I knew I was destined to make people happy. I’ve found several ways of doing so, but nothing seems to trump the smile on someone’s face when they take a bite of a rich red velvet cupcake with dreamy cream cheese frosting or a luscious piece of lemon cheesecake! So, at age 18 I decided to start baking for the greater good and happy mouths. You can thank me later, it’s not polite to talk with your mouth full!
